Chicken in Creamy Tomatillo Sauce Show #174
Ingredients
About 10 ounces of chicken or pork.
Quarter cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons tomato paste. 2 tablespoons dried currants. 10 oz ground turkey. Two cloves of garlic. Two tablespoons cream (Fraiche = heavy cream thickened and slightly soured with buttermilk and often served on fruit.). Quarter tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes. 6 oz pasta noodles. Three peppers. 1 tbsp capers. 1 tbsp quatre. Epices. Of white pepper, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves.
1. Prepare the ingredients to fill a medium pot 3/4 of the way up with salted water cover and heat boiling on high.
Wash and dry the fresh produce if you didn't do it when you brought her home.
Peel and roughly chop two cloves of garlic.

Cook stirring constantly, 1 to 2 minutes, or until thoroughly combined.
