Ingredients
chicken breast
salt
mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
tomato sauce
fresh basil
Flour
eggs
panko bread crumbs
Instructions
Start by salting your cutting board
Layout your chicken breast
Salt the top
Butterfly cut the chicken breast or us 2 so you have one on the bottom, cheese, and one on top.
Fill with 5 oz of mozzarella cheese
Next, fill a container with flour. A container with eggs and
a container with bread crumbs.
Dip the chicken breast in the flour and rub the flour until the chicken breast is covered. then dip chicken breast in the eggs then the bread crumbs.
Then put the chicken breast and a pan. With hot boiling oil about 1/16 to 1/8 in deep of oil.
next in a pyrex dish put in 13 oz of tomato sauce.
Level out with a spoon.
Turn the chicken breast over to cook the other side.
Move the chicken breast from the pan to the glass dish put them on top of the tomato sauce.
Coat the top of the chicken breast with a layer of tomato sauce.
with the chicken breast one on the bottom, cheese and one on top.
Cover the top of the chicken breast with Parmesan cheese about 3 1/2 oz.
next, sprinkle the top with basil.
Lastly, cook for 20 minutes at 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Test chicken breasts to make sure they are at least 165 degrees.
Then just plate it up and put a little bit of spaghetti sauce on the plate. parallel with the chicken breast.
