How to cook bell pepper eggs, They are a great combination of 3 colors and types of bell peppers, salt, pepper, Bacon, Ham, chili flakes, spinach, sunny side up eggs, and some freshly chopped parsley. I always cover and fry them. If you are using the bottom of the bell pepper, bake them in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes.
