INGREDIENTS 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon olive oil, or avocado oil 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 oregano 1/2 parsley 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon paprika (Not smoked) 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, Brown rice Mixed veggies. Pam spray Salad mix, Carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes. Lightly coat the chicken with olive oil, and then give each chicken breast a generous rub of the spice blend. Make sure to do this on both sides. HOW TO BAKE CHICKEN BREASTS IN THE OVEN This recipe is easy and speedy, which is why I love it. First, preheat your oven to 425F. next, start the pan for the veggies through in your butter. then, start the rice. For two of us, I used a 1/2 stick of butter, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of rice. Spray the dish with Pam Bake away. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Once they’re done, make sure to let them rest! Must be 160F Resting allows the juices to redistribute within the meat. Will rise to 165F Make the salad.
