Toss juicy pork and crunchy vegetables in a skillet and get better than a Chinese restaurant supper in minutes you'll save calories too.
Tenderloin is one of the leanest cuts of pork. snowpeas are rich in B complex and vitamins.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
One pound pork tenderloin
One clove of garlic
One tsp minced fresh Ginger Is or half teaspoon ground Ginger
One small green red or yellow bell pepper 3/4 Cup
One cup snow peas
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
Quarter cup granulated sugar
Quarter cup reduced-sodium catch up
One tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
One tsp corn starch
One tablespoon water
opt. rice or noodles.
Fourchon cookies.

Instructions
#1 Heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.
cut The meat into 1" cubes.
Add the pork and cook strain occasionally until it is well browned bound.
(At this point You're not cooking it, just Browning it.)
Remove pork with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
#2 Heat remaining oil in a skillet.
Add the garlic, ginger, bell pepper, and cook. Stirring for 3 minutes.
Add the snow peas and cook, stirring,
Until the peppers are soft, for about 2 minutes.
#3 In a medium bowl combine vinegar, sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce. Stir to dissolve sugar.
Add vinegar mixture and pork to the skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and cook until sauce begins to thicken about 5 minutes.
In a small bowl dissolve the cornstarch in the water. Add cornstarch mixture to the skillet,
cook for one minute. Place the pork and the vegetable mixture on a serving plate.
Serve with rice or noodles.
My cooking tips
To prepare the snow peas rinse and Pat dry. Pinch off the tip and pull it down to remove the string from each pod. Do not remove the peas from the pod.
Rice wine vinegar is made from fermented rice and is most often used in Chinese and Japanese cooking it has a superbly sweet flavor, much like wine vinegar.
This would also be good as Chinese BBQ pork. Because Pork is loved the world over, and it's not hard to make at home! With some key ingredients and a couple of techniques.
