Invented in the UK in the 1960s, tikka masala is similar in taste to butter chicken, but in the end, it's a quintessentially British dish, having its own blend of spices that differentiate it. Arugula has become a popular salad green, but it's not really lettuce. Arugula is actually part of the brassica family and is closely related to mustard. Other names for arugula include “rocket” (common in England, Australia, and New Zealand) or 'rucola' in Italy. I also include parsley, red chili flakes, and garlic powder. Instructions For the Rice Use a pan. or a rice cooker. Spray with pam, add 1/2 stick of butter. Follow package instructions. 1. Start with the 4 chicken breasts Cut slices across the top. 2. then put 4 tablespoons of flour on a dish. 3. put 4 tablespoons of butter or vegetable oil in a LARGE FRING pan. 4. Dredge each breast with the flour and put them in the pan. Preheat the pan 5. Fry until golden brown over high heat for 2-3 minutes to 165F 6. Cut and smash 6 cloves of garlic 7. turn over and fry for another 2 minutes add Salt pepper Reduce heat to medium 8. add 2 tablespoons of butter or vegetable oil to the pan. 9. Add the garlic to the pan. 10. Add 4 tablespoons of honey Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce Add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar or wine vinegar 11. Bring the sauce to a boil and reduce the heat Simmer until the sauce thickens. Plate it up and sprinkle with green onions, Chives, or Basil.
