Tender and Juicy Chicken Ingredients: 6 chicken legs, Thighs, or Breasts. Salt paprika 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil 2 onions 4-6 cloves of garlic a small bunch of parsley 300 ml of 15% cream optional curry Instructions Start by boiling water for the spaghetti. Follow the package cooking instructions (Approx 7 cooking minutes.) 1. Then while that is heating work on your chicken. Start by adding Salt and paprika To 6 chicken legs, Thighs, or Breasts. 2. In a frying pan add 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. 3. Fry for 5 minutes on both sides over medium / high heat. 4. Fry the onions for 5 minutes 5. Add the 3-6 cloves of garlic 6. Add a small bunch of parsley 7. Add 300 ml of 15% cream, only 1/3 part at a time. 8. Add Salt, and optional curry to taste. 9. Bring to a boil and put the fried chicken back in the pan. Pour in the remaining cream 10. Cover and simmer over low/medium heat for about 5-10 minutes on each side, or until tender and the chicken is 165f. 11. Plate up the chicken and the spaghetti.
