Ukraine Beef Spaghetti Casserole Recipe.
Ukrainian Food Recipes
  Serves six. 

Ingredients. 2 tablespoons reduced. Sodium. Beef broth period. 
One medium green. Bell pepper or sweet. Pepper. Chopped about one cup. 
Half cup. Sliced. Carrots. 
Half cup sliced Celery. 
Half cup chopped Green Onion. 
Half pound lean Ground beef. 
Half tablespoon salt.
Quarter tbsp. Black pepper. 
One large tomato, sliced. 
1 onion
4-6 cloves of garlic
a small bunch of parsley
300 ml of 15% cream  
Quarter cup, chopped cashews, for, garnish optional. 

1. In a large nonstick skillet heat broth over medium-high heat, add Peppers, comma carrot comma, celery, and chopped green onions. Cook stirring frequently until vegetables are tender about 10 minutes. 

2. Add beef, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook stirring frequently until beef is browned about six to eight minutes. Drain off. Fat period removes from heat.

Place half of the beef mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch square. Baking dish. Place, sliced tomatoes over the beef, reserving one slice, cover, With tomatoes. Then the remaining beef.

Garnish with sliced tomatoes and cashews serve immediately.

10.  Bring to a boil  
    Pour in the remaining cream
