Sheet Pan Sausage Veggies Potato and Butter Rice With an Egg.

Instructions
1. Start by preheating the oven to 450°. I have a rice maker here and I'm going to throw in some butter and spray it with some Pam. Now. If you don't have one of these rice makers, these things are like 12 to 30 dollars. So these things are just so fantastic. You put the butter in it. Put the lid on here.
2. As soon as the butter melts, Put in the rice and the water and some pepper, and then when it's all done, I'm going to crack the egg.
3. Then I have a cookie sheet, and I put aluminum foil on it. Spray It with pam cooking spray.
4. Then for meat, I have brown and served sausage. This is already cooked, but Frozen sausage,
lay them on around on the outside,
This is brussels sprouts and carrots. Peas are Frozen,
5. The next bag of Roasters is sweet potatoes and carrots. And red potatoes as well.
6. Put them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
check on them and see what it looks like. Now.
The sausage is going to need salt later.
The veggies. I would salt right now.
And some pepper.

That may be reversed by eating better and exercising.
