SOUTHERN STYLE PORK CHOPS With MASHED POTATOES 439
How to make the most crispy, juicy, and flavorful fried pork chop you have ever eaten.
RECIPE
6-8 pork chops
1 tablespoon salt and pepper
1 tablespoon meat seasoning
2 eggs
2 cups whole milk
8 oz panko bread crumbs
2 cups all-purpose flour
Season chops and dust with flour
Dip in egg and milk mixture
Bread in bread crumbs
Fry until golden brown on both sides
Finish in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
