Rince the Chicken Breasts 2. add salt black pepper add oil and butter to a frying pan with medium heat add the chicken to the pan now season the other side 3. cook for 2-3 minutes per side check with a digital thermometer 160f 4. remove chicken 5. add TBS butter chop and add onions mushrooms add garlic and cook for a minute or 2 remove from the skillet next, add to the skillet 1 1/2 cup of Madeira wine and let it come to a boil till it is reduced to 1/2 next add 1.5 cups of water 1 spoon of beef bouillon broth bring back to a boil reduce to 1/2 add black pepper turn down the heat add 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream stir and let simmer for 4 min turn off the heat add the chicken let it sit add the onions & mushrooms Next in a new pan boil water to blanch asparagus and cut off the ends. wash the asparagus. put it in the pan for 4 minutes and remove the asparagus. Use the boiling water to make instant mashed potatoes next, add the asparagus to the chicken Add motzarella cheese lastly, turn on your broiler. put the pan of chicken mix in to melt the cheese then pull it out. plate it up, sprinkle it with parsley Serve over mashed potatoes.
