Ingredients 1 pound boneless Chicken Breasts 1/2 teaspoon salt (I use pink Himalayan salt) 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/8 teaspoon Unami seasoning blend (From trader Joe's or use Lowery's seasoning (optional) 3 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons Coconut Aminos or low sodium soy sauce 2 tablespoons avocado oil Instructions Remove excess fat from chicken thighs and chop into equal size small pieces and set aside in a bowl or plate. Combine all dry seasonings and coat the chicken using a spoon or your hands. Add 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice and the chopped garlic into the chicken mixture also. To cook the chicken using a large nonstick skillet preheated to high heat and cook the chicken in 2 separate batches using 1 tablespoon of the avocado oil for each batch. Cook each batch for about 3 minutes each and then combine all the chicken to finish cooking by adding more lemon juice and the 2 tablespoons of Coconut Aminos.
