ORANGE MOLASSES PORK CHOPS
A sweet and tangy marinade makes these orange molasses pork chops succulent and addicting. Today we will be frying the pork chops on a gas stove you could take outside to the patio or a picnic table. But you could cook them on a Blackstone griddle or barbeque gas grill too.
Cook Time: 15 mins
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
2 chops thick-cut pork chops
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Make the fried pork chops marinade by stirring together the molasses, orange juice concentrate, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt. Place the marinade in a bag, add the chops, and seal tightly. Place in the refrigerator for at least two hours or longer if desired.
When you’re ready to cook the chops, heat 2 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is very hot (it will look wavy in the pan), add the chops. Discard the extra marinade in the trash from the bag it has raw meat juice in it. Cook for about 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and the marinade has reduced to a thick sauce. No need to pour all of the marinades into the skillet, the amount that comes off of the chops as they cook will be plenty to make a nice sauce. Enjoy.

Diabetes is caused by a beta cell in the beta-hemoglobin gene. Diabetes is a disease. That may be reversed by eating better and exercising.
Beta cells in type 1 diabetes
In type 1 diabetes, beta cells die from a misguided attack by the body's immune system How and why that happens is not clear, but the results of a study published in early 2011 suggest that these pancreatic cells become stressed at the earliest stages of the disease process.
