To learn how to make SOUTHERN BAKED PASTA LASAGNA | LASAGNA PASTA BAKED SPAGHETTI Show Number 471 | https://youtu.be/cmTBNoVI1mU Click the Subscribe button and then click here for the recipe. #TheDiabeticDietShow #BakedSpaghetti #SpaghettiLasagna SOUTHERN BAKED PASTA LASAGNA LASAGNA PASTA BAKED SPAGHETTI Recipe for meat sauce and pasta 1# Pasta or Spaghetti 1# ground beef 14 oz tomato sauce 14 oz tomato diced 1 cup chopped onions 1 cup chopped green bell peppers Salt and pepper Saute peppers, onions, and garlic until tender Add ground beef and cook an additional 5 -10  minutes until brown Add tomato products and simmer for 10-15 minutes FOR CHEESE MIXTURE: 2 cups mozzarella cheese 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup sour cream/cottage(optional) in the baking dish cover with meat sauce then add spaghetti then cheddar cheese /mozzarella cheese repeat process ending with meat sauce on top bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees remove from oven and cover with remaining cheese Place back in the oven and cook for 5 additional minutes or until melted This show is about what I eat and what my family eats. Diabetes is caused by a beta cell in the beta-hemoglobin gene. Diabetes is a disease. That may be reversed by eating better and exercising.
